We have a policy that if someone purchases a baby Dragon from us and it dies from causes that are not the purchasers fault within 4 weeks of purchasing it, we will provide the purchaser with a new one. If we no longer have any babies left, then we will refund your money. However, we have never had someone return to us with this situation.
We will not provide the purchaser with a new baby Dragon if it is their fault for its death. Meaning, if you purchase a baby Dragon from us, and you do not take proper care of it ( e.g. not feeding it, dropping it, feeding it unsuitable food and/or providing unsuitable habitat) we will not provide you with a new one for free.
If the Dragon was originally shipped then it will be the purchasers responsibility to pay for the shipping for their replacement Dragon unless otherwise decided by Kelowna Bearded Dragons.
We promise to provide support for any questions or concerns you have about your Bearded Dragon throughout your Dragon's life. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any questions or concerns you may have! We also love to hear updates about how your Dragon is doing!
We accept payments mainly through email money transfers to email@example.com. If you are coming to us to purchase and pick up your Dragon then we will also accept cash.
If you wish to have your Bearded Dragon shipped to you then shipping fees and the cost of the Dragon must be paid before the Dragon is shipped.
We offer shipping throughout most of Canada and the U.S for affordable prices.
